As each shoe is hand made especially for you please allow up to 7 weeks for them to be made and shipped out to you. we aim to fulfil all orders as quick as we can so in some circumstances you can expect your order to arrive sooner, But through busy periods of the year there may be delays which may extend your waiting time unexpectedly, we apologise in advance for this.
*we do not accept returns or exchange on any item marked as "Custom" as these items have me been made specifically for you, If you wish to cancel your order or change the size then this must be done within 24 hour of purchasing, after this time has lapsed all orders are final. Please ensure that you know your size before purchasing, if you have never owed a pair of air force we would advise that you go try a pair on before hand as they are known to fit quite big but can vary from person to person*
All Sizes listed on our website are in UK sizes, if you live outside of the UK then use the size conversion chart to convert your size into UK sizes then select it from the drop down menu.
